What is the server is down for more then the .1% allocated? Like your Jeep or chyrsler? Do you reimburse these members a % from the downtime? If they are resellers, I'm sure they have lots of unhappy customers that would like a bit back, but do you offer money back to us?

Shared and Reseller customers both qualify for the 99% uptime guarantee. Any month in which we fail to meet that number, you simply send us an email detailing the downtime and we will re-imburse you for that months fees.
