Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.37 Server at www.headrush-layouts.com Port 80" help? this also happened a subdomain of mine last week and it won't let me delete the folder to upload the content again or anything.

Check your premissions on public_html, also check your .htaccess

But first, e-mail support.

and i tried contacting support but the wait time is ridiculous. the one time they DID reply they said they sent me an email regarding abuse on feb 2nd...hmm the only email i got was the invoice (i made my payment for hosting on feb 2nd) also if i was "abusing" their tos somehow, surely they would shut down all my domains? but no.

i checked all my permissions/deleted .htacess (even though it was empty) and nothing still works. i've emailed support (i made another reply explaing what their response was) the wait time is just terrible...time is money!

everytime ive ever contacted them i get the "please email support about this issue" response..i don't know what the point of it is since they never help.

When I had such an issue about a month ago, support was excited to have the "Exact phrasing" of the error.
I don't had and the err disappear after a an hour.
Also send them your IP, can be a block even on a higher level.
Do you have access with
Ping domain ping IP (or tracert)?
Can you acceed with some "Siteuptime" or external traceroute?, like an "Over the shoulder" access.

i dont understand that sorry..im not good with this kind of stuff..i dont know much about anything other than basic stuff
