You can't find a better support than hostgator anywhere!

I happend to be a pleasant hostgator customer the last 2 years .

All this time all my problems have been solved by support at most in 3-4 hours.
The ppl working on this company really know what there are doing!

And i can tell all these after i had the bad experience of getting a VPS hosting from another company (PLS hostgator release VPS! i will be the first to order)

My experience from the "other" company"
First of all , there was any real setup. I had to install cpanel , nameservers etc all my own! Even the manuals that they have are outdated! and you can confuse if you are not an expert (i am not an expert , most was pure luck)

Secondly , i tried to install something and they didn't have GD-lib support!!!
i had to recompile apache :~

And my saga continues...
