Hello, got some questions about reseller accounts.

1. No MUD/RPG, any games on the server?
2. TOS says only 25% resources can be used... explain?
3. What do my customers see when I am "sold out"?
4. How long to upgrade to a higher package?

I think I figured some of this out...

2. 25% of total resources cannot be used by one account for more than X seconds. I though this meant 25% of the disk space in the reseller package...which didn't make sense to me. This mus be referring to the CPU & RAM of the server its on.

4. It takes 15-20 minutes for a new customer to get a package so it would make sense if it took about that long for an upgrade.


I am still curious to the answer of #3. What do my clients see when I am sold out and they try to purchase some space?

This depends on how you set things up and, if you have a WHM management addon, which one (WHMCS or WHMAP).

It also would depend on how much you've automated your reselling.
