I have been a customer with Hostgator for some years, and have been very happy with their service and flexibility. But today I needed to look into the web server logs from yesterday...
Seems like they delete logs as soon as daily statistics has run, so getting logs for the last 24h seems impossible - unless you previously have activated that logs should be archived. I must say I'm very disappointed by this... -Terje |

Good afternoon Terje,
That is correct, if we kept logs any longer on shared/reseller servers it would simply fill the partition up that holds the apache logs. Can you PM your ticket? If you are needing other logs besides apache I can get those for you no problem.
