My review of the general support for HG is just OUTSTANDING!
The people actually seem semi-knowledgable which is a major plus.. I hate getting on the line with some dumb customer support person who knows less then me. These people ACTUALLY know what they are talking about!

The service is also VERY good. I have had little to 0 downtime and I am hosting quite a few different sites. If I ever do have any problems I can always contact the support

The Cpanel is very nice and I love all the fantastico features!

Overall I think HG is one of the best hosts I have ever tried and I will be stickign with them!
