-what is the difference between personal and business hosting?
-the ordering system is not working yet, right?
-personally I think that would be lighter to have the flash on the first page (index.html) and maybe on the about us but then have the html template for the rest. People that click on support, etc do not need to hear the sound and wait for the animation. But this maybe it's a matter of taste.

The site and prices are very nice for the client side. I have a friend that do not want to have business with friends and maybe I will send her to you ;-)

Thank you for your review vtrain. I do plan on using some of the HTML template down the road. The sound should only play on the hosting and home page (same one.) The billing system will be put online on May 1st 2006.

I don't read the terms that way. It says you cannot claim the design as your own but that may not necessarily mean the same thing as omitting a credit. If you say 'website design by esl all rights reserved' you would be in trouble but if you don't say anything you should be OK. It also says you can edit them any way you like. What if you altered the site to look really bad? I cannot imagine that they would be happy to see their name on it.

The prices seem fine, cheaper than me!

I agree with the post above, you can remove that templatemonster stuff without claiming owership. I would ditch it

but I don't mind challenging the broken copyright and pattent laws :P.

I would put more text content on the front page, not some BS customer review, but a description of your companies goal/target.

The live chat is a nice feature. When I look at the hours, though, I get the feeling that it is a one-man operation as it looks like you are working a full-time job elsewhere. This is not criticism because I am basically a one-man operation with my hosting but I don't necessarily want my customers to know that!

It would be ideal if several of us in the same boat could somehow pool our resources to fill-in for others from time-to-time. Probably not realistic however.

I very much liked your site and completely understand the amount of time you spent customizing the template. Good job.

Is it possible to rewrite your links to point to / instead of /index.html ? The reason I say this is / has a Google PR2 and /index.html has a PR0. Just a recommendation to help people find your site better.

Hi esl,

Site looks good for the most part. The flash animation is fast and the sound is not offensive. The plan chart rocks! I can clearly find what I need quickly.

The navigation of the site is all flash. There are people out there who may not have flash or version 8 so they will not be able to navigate your site. Also MichaelA point of file size holds true. You can use other means for drop down menus, DHTML, Java etc. CSS Creator site has an example.
As stated earlier in this post it is better to take the animation out of the other pages. Saves time for the user and bandwidth for you.
Link your logo to the home page so when people click on your logo they go back to your homepage
Personal and Business packages look the same. You could offer more bandwidth to business customers, also many business customers don't want to spend time worrying about there website, so you can offer a higher level of support for them. This also justifies a higher premium.
I could not find your privacy policy. You should have these in all your sites. http://www.p3pwiz.com/ generate one for free here.

All the critiques you are getting here are from tech people. Your customer base will probably mostly be made up of "normal"

people with various degrees of web experience. I usually choose someone who is a web novice to check my site out to see if they could navigate the site to find what they were looking for and they understood what I was trying to communicate. I hope this helps.

Thank you for the information. I found that tool a little to complicated for me to use so I am going to make one myself based on all of that information. I will post a link you people to look over to make sure it covers everything. Thank you.
