Overall that's not a bad site. The menu should be redone just because it's a little annoying.

Well, it's slow, big, (no offence) dull, hard to read...

Sorry, it's not like I can do anything better, but it's just this huge thing on the side of the page, take up a lot of room for a nav bar.

well about the size of the menu i know it's a lil big for a nav-bar, this is the price i had to pay for dynamic submenus.
cryssis by sayin slow i assume u mean the download time for the menu is slow/movin between oages is slow, again another price for dynamic menu (lots of code), if u r refering to the menu itself i have lowered its delay time to 0.
hard to read or big?
if i enlarge the font it will be biger if i reduce the size it will be impossible to read

, so i guess this is the optimal size (i can read everything very clearly).
About dull (and i really don't take offence) well thats's a matter of taste, isn't it?
specialy considering the fact that it is the first site i ever build in my life.

LoL. By slow I ment the reaction time the nav bar had. Maybe it was my parents slow computer, I don't know. Not bad for three weeks, but if I might suggest something, have a dynamic nav bar like that at the top of the page, and not the side. Make it so the menu comes above the text. This will make it so less space is used. Then figure something out for the bottom
