Wow, amazing support!

I have since years been customer at another host, a relationship that didn't end very well when they decided to suspend my account after complaints from me regarding downtime.

A friendly person replied on my tweets and recommended hostgator.
I went to their site, chatted with a very friendly and proffessional "Byron" who patiently listened to my rants and waited for me to sign up for an account. Once signed up he informed me to fill in my transfer request.

2 hours (!) later i receive an email from "Mike" informing me that the transfer had started. 5 domains with a decent size site attached to each and a couple hours later all my sites was up and running at hostgator.

Communication, speed and the proffessionalism at HostGator is outstanding so far.

I can not praise them enough for saving my sites!
