I have been with hostgator for almost a year now and have found the hosting package and the support they give such great value,
I have needed to contact the support staff twice, once was in the last day because I had transferred my Domain Name over to hostgator for free earlier this year but wasn't able to get access to update the WHOIS information and the help given was superb and I now have access to it.

The time before that when I had to contact the support staff was to have my whole account restored to a previous state after being misinformed by Google that my website was hosting malware ( I didn't find out until later that almost every website on the Internet got this warning ) but in the process of removing my website from the Internet to upload one of the backups I had I accidently deleted a file which I think was really important, so asked to have my whole account restored and this was done prefectly.

The support given via the ticket system is very helpful and in my case was extremely fast to resolve both of my issues.
Anyone thinking of signing up for a shared hosting plan with hostgator should go ahead and sign up, hostgator is highly recommended because of the great value for money plus the great support they offer when problems do arise.

Thank you hostgator for the wonderful hosting package, support and service you have provided me and my website over the last 11 months, I plan to stay with hostgator for the life of my website which will hopefully also be for the rest of my own life.
