How long will this take and is it normal for my account to be empty?

And when will the email / notification go out so that we know what is going on and for the others to know what is going on?

Right now we are doing a file system check on the location where account data is stored, so that is why you can't see it. When its finished your data should be there.

Given the situation, sending out an email and then taking the server down right away is not going to help most customers, so we posted here instead. You can subscribe to this forum as an RSS feed to get constant updates.

Windstar is progressing well, providing an ETA for something like this is really hard. Its hard to say how long it will take without knowing how bad it is, the only way to know how bad it is, is to check it out. Which is exactly what we are doing.

We will get your sites back online as fast as we can.
