2 Different systems-- Cpanel for Linux and Dot Panel for Windows--
Control Panel Help is pointed to Linux-- I have both--Linux Business and Windows Enterprise-- Account details are not shared with support personel to know what services I have. I spend 45 minutes on every support chat-- just getting someone to recognize that I have a Windows shared hosting account- and a Linux account -- Setting up SSL and Secure access is still unresolved after 30 days. Would like to speak to someone who can help me. |

I apologize for the issues that you are having receiving help over our Live Chat and that you are having such difficulty expressing the fact that you have a Windows Shared hosting account. All of our Windows accounts were created in our new billing system, which unfortunately, is separate from the current billing system which we are attempting to migrate away from. I'd be more then willing to work with you to help resolve any outstanding issues. Do you have any open tickets that I could take a look at? The best method of receiving support for our Windows accounts is by submitting a ticket directly to our Windows support queue. You can do this by simply emailing in to windows@hostgator.com.
