HG does allow Adult Content sites as long as it is within the Law. If it doesn't breach the Law, then your pretty much safe.
As for the Windows Hosting part you will need to have someone else answer this, or you could email Sales directly at sales[at]hostgator.com

And to correct one thing said above, I've seen HG disallow a site that would have likely attracted pedophiles, although it would have been technically legal. Good thing, too.
