Default Re: Wildcard subdomains

I have an aluminum reseller account and I see that the cPanel method works just fine for adding wildcard subdomains to my main url. However I have a client who wants to run Wordpress Multisite and the same method is not working for their account. Is there any way to provide this functionality to them as well for their url?

If your cpanel account has this functionality, then all cpanel accounts you create should work the same.

Have you checked their DNS zone and compared it to yours?

Thanks for the reply. I was actually able to resolve the issue. There were actually several issues with their account because they signed up with "theirurl.com" and when they went to assign the nameservers they realized it was "theirurl.net". We updated this in WHM but apparently it's problematic to do so. After dropping that account and opening a new one (which we had the good fortune to be able to do) the wildcard fix worked fine.

Thanks again.

Whoops... the old typo.

Glad you got it sorted.

It's a good thing that you were able to fix this and thanks for letting me know how to fix your problem.
