Wich software forum can I use here?

Hi... I am looking for a good host to host my Art forum and i have a few questions...

My forum is not a high traffic forum (www.labarbouille.com), and I am interested by your "Baby" plan, since I also want to host my personal site.

My gorum uses Ikonboard SQL. Is Ikonboard SQL (3.11) authorized at HostGator? If not, which forum software are autorized/recommended?

- Can I use WINscp to connect to the server? I have a directory with a lot of images files to upload to the forum. Simple FTP is not enough for me.
