Hello!
First of all, let me say that, for now, I like of the HostGator services. But, I would like to know why sometimes we remain speaking alone in the HostGator Ticket System. I have two tickets opened without response: the "GEI-2507608" and the CKI-2507383, both without any response since 16th. March/2008. Both tickets are not urgent, and are about some doubts regarding HG Affiliates Program. I have already inserted the banners in my site, without the help requested through the above mentioned tickets, so, no problem at all. But, why this occurs? Why sometimes my (or our, supposing that another users can also experience this same problem) tickets are left unanswered? The two above mentioned tickets was regarding affiliate program, i.e., this was not a problem, quite the contrary, I was trying to solve my doubts to join securely in your affiliates program, a program that can provide earnings for me and for HG. So, why this occurs?

I am pretty sure that the affiliates department isn't open on the weekends, I believe the are 9-5, but that may have changed since the last time I contacted them (months ago)

They were both asking the same thing, so one was closed and the other was originally posted in a different queue, then moved to affiliates but it was put on hold by accident.
It's at the top of the queue now and should be answered today by one of our affiliate managers.
