Why no "how to" forum category?

I just posted some basic "how do I do this" questions in the "Pre-sales" forum category because I didn't know where else to post them. This is supposed to be a "Peer Support" forum so why not create a category for "How do I do this...?" type questions for actual GD customers?

Forum members who have full access (must be HG customers) can use any of the other 11 categories.

There is also the knowledge base. Click the support link at the top of the page.
