Why Do My Servers Keep Going Down?

Roughly once a week for the past two months, my Web and mail servers go down. Sometimes it's for fifteen minutes, sometimes it's for an hour. I've submitted tickets, contacted chat help, and now I'm throwing this out to the forum.

The only explanation that I've recieved so far is, "Another user is abusing the server resources and we have to restart." This is *not* my problem. Anyone else getting this?

I'm on Gator 156 (at least I think so according to the DNS) and I've been getting reports from several users that my site has been going off a couple of times that last days for some minutes at a time. However I haven't noticed anything. Anyone that can confirm this?
