Why can't I post in the HostGator Peer Support Forums section?

I am a customer here, I need support. Why can't I post it here at HostGator Peer Support Forums sectionn?

I signup for the forum after signing up for hosting.

Until your account has been activated, you can see, and post in, only a limited number of the forum sections. There are something like 23 different sections - before activation, you have access to only a handful of them.

I also experience that I can't post with other forum threads. I have some limitations but I can manage. I know I can have the chance to post on other topics soon.
