Why cant i Connect to Live Chat?

why cant i connect to Live chat , when i click on it it says. Page not found?

When i am at home the live chat works Perfectly. but when im at the office it doesnt work.

I have disabled the Personal Firewall, i have Disabled the Windows fire wall, i have disabled the Anti virus, set my IP to Auto, i have also so my level of Security the the lowest and i still cannot connect please assist.

where does this problem lye?

They are "upgrading" there support system.

No way's i just went to my mates office and can log in there just fine....

your works blocking it possible via their firewall

Clear your cache.
Because they MAY have been doing some "Work" on the system and your browser cached it when it wasn't working.
