Why can't I access the rest of the forum?

Hi It's been a few days now since I joined Host Gator (Swamp Package) and I've already activated my account but Still no access to the rest of the forum. All I have access to are the 5 sections listed in the public forum? Any idea when I'll be granted more access?

I'm in the same boat. I signed up last week and PMd Jay this weekend.

Having said that, it's my only complaint. I love it here.

Jump on their live support and see if one of the guys can give you access. They were able to for me!

We love it here too...And I have to say...these guys are great!
