Default WHMCS or WHMAP

I have tried WHMCS latest demo and found it really impressive and much much better than the present management system WHMAP offered by HG

I thought it will be very much expensive for HG to offer to it`s resellers , But while more gogling i found Innohsting (which is not a bad hosting company ) which offers a whmcs licence and 15 gb reseller space at $26.95/month http://www.innohosting.com/reshost.php , that means i am getting 15 gb of reseller space at $11/month (if i include the cost of WHMCS) , which i would not reagard as a bad deal.

After browsing through the forum , i found a old thread http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?p=74796 , May be somebody would be interested

And one poll Started by ESL at esl at http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?t=18733, Make your opinion count

Hello,

Just to clear things up we will not be getting rid of autopilot. We are considering adding additional billing systems to the mix.

Good news everybody! I have just worked a deal with WHMCS. We hope to be giving out licenses to everyone on monday. Don't hold us to this as we may run a couple days late getting all the licensing in place.

These will be free to you. I on the other hand will need to start eating at cheaper restaurants to help pay for this. =(

I would say yes, as long as you are on a managed server.

I hope so...their autopilot page says resellers, and the dedicated page doesn't say billing manager on it. I'd love to try WHMCS though. Last time I tried one was WHMAP when I was still a reseller.

I use freshbooks.com to bill everything...hosting, web design, and SEO. I don't need an automated domain purchase-->account creation system because I generally don't host people that aren't clients of mine in some other way.

Yeah then we all can start sending blank billing emails hope HG finds a better billing solution soon. As good as the company is, the blank emails leave a feeling of distrust in the billing solution.

I have tried WHMCS and found it to be way overkill for what I really needed in running my business. I would give either Freshbooks www.freshbooks.com or CompassBill www.compassbill.net a try. Intuit also has BillingManager, which is free. Freshbooks has a lot of features, but is pricier and slightly more complex compared to the other two.

I found HostBill I like their ticketing system and the whole hosting stuff is also there.

I have reseller account with other hosting company but thinking to migrate hostgator as forums show that they care about customers. I hate when http is down and customers cry!

Hello,

We have launched http://www.cannybill.com which is a SaaS online ordering and invoicing solution.

Its a mix between FreshBooks (so SaaS and easy to use) and WHMCS (for the web hosting side of things)

Kind Regards,

Wladimir
