Looking for some peer help, since things don't seem to be working well with my current ticket for support.
After moving a WP blog from a subfolder to the public_html root folder I lost access to my whmcs admin section, just got a 404. Checked permissions, folders 755, docs 644, reset them all, which may have been a big mistake, however after HG finally got on the right track they found a problem with the .htaccess file and replaced it. Now I get a display of the information without the format and graphics of the WHMCS theme, same problem with the shopping cart. Any suggestions on where to go with this would be appreciated. Probably shoule have posted on WHMCS first but the info from everyone here has been extremely helpful in the past, so here I am. |

Update... apologies to HG support for being a bit snarky... they resolved the problem, probably as I was typing.... sorry for bothering everyone.... go on, there is nothing to see here.
