The short answer to this is no. WHCMS is NOT included with VPS accounts
(per Jefferson S.- Sales Administrator - HostGator sales dept.)

The reasons behind this completely elude me. It just doesn't make good business sense.

I will probably be moving off of VPS and on to a reseller account due to this. It would be cheaper - by far & I am not ready for a fully dedicated server yet.

For those who stumble upon this thread, the policy revised after my last post. We do offer WHMCS at $5 per license per month, and Autopilot is still free for VPS clients.

I misunderstood something that sales was saying & thought the license was $20.95 total. $5.00 is much more acceptable.

I was never told that AutoPilot was free for VPS so that's great to know, and makes things even cheaper.

I much prefer VPS so no reason to change now. Thanks HG!
