Hello,
I'm sorry for the long title, but I didn't know how to better describe this. I'm not using prorata billing and before whmcs I was billing clients from the date he registered till same date on next month, for example 14/01 - 14/02 etc. However, if in whmcs client has next due date set to 14/01 invoice generated will have one day short - 14/01 - 13/02 Is it somehow possible to change this ? I know hostgators has similair billing policy in my invoice it's always something like 14/01 - 14/02 |

Hello, quietFinn is correct in that whmcs is issueing and dating invoices properly. the reason is the system works in 30 day increments not 31 or 28. this makes sence as within a 12 month cycle the clent will be billed 12 times only. So even though the incoce dates may seem to be jipping the client or you, it's not. it all works out perfectly. For example: if john doe opens an account 1/2/12 the reaccuring charge would be a full 30 days makeing the invoice date read 2/1/12. the next due date after that however would not decrease 1 day every invoice but rather would be created on 3/1/12 ans so on. |
