Exclamation WHMAP Upgrade??

I've been a happy HG Reseller for a year. I don't do much reselling as I just offered it to my design clients as an additional service to them. I do a little better than breaking even, and get to host my sites for FREE. I don't even have a hosting website.

I've had zero problems with HG, I've had short outages of course, but so much better than any host I've had in the past, and rarely felt the need to contact support.

Recently I decided to change and actively persue new hosting clients, put up a hosting website (which isn't up yet, almost done), etc. I visited the HG site and saw that I wasn't taking advantage of some of the reseller perks, i.e. WHMAP, enom, etc.

I'm on an old Aluminium package (2000mb/50,000 b/w). I saw in another thread and understand why I must upgrade to take advantage of the new packages. I'm not ready for that, as I said I do a little better than break even and have enough space remaining to get me started, before needing to upgrade packages.

I did however request WHMAP, it was my understanding from reading the website that this was FREE. I just want to make sure, after my initial request fell on deaf ears, I emailed support, Ben told me this should only take a few hours, and to try it again, I did but still nothing and it's been close to a week since my first request. However after my second request, HG cancelled my PayPal subscription, this alarmed me so I called and they asked if I had upgraded my account, I told them I requested WHMAP, and they said that was why, they had to move me to there other billing system and I would be notified via email.

My question is: this isn't going to change my bill any for adding WHMAP with an older package is it? Secondly where is my WHMAP info?? And lastly when will I be asked to move to the new billing system, I don't want any disruption in service?

My problems have all been solved finally, I got my WHMAP info and I'm not being charged any extra. Thanks to Ben @ HG for the help.
