Hi,

My WHMAP seems to have stopped sending emails out to clients on signup/ activation and to admin.

Any common reasons or any ideas? Hosted on hostgator reseller account.

I have had a similar issue with WHMAP that has been sending emails to admin and clients without any issue in the past over a number of years.

I opened ticket OEE-13700229 and was disappointed with the response to resolve the issue, as I have been receiving emails from my cron regularly in the past for many years.

Has there been a resolution your end? This issue has been ongoing for me since mid July with responses like 'we don't support whmap or whmcms'.

Even though I've explained that emails used to go out to clients, and on activation, but not anymore since mid July.

and @GatorJoshL - the ticket OEE-13700229 is ongoing.
