A couple of questions.
Does setting Quota for an account mean a limit? If so, does it mean that what is defined in the quota will be unaccessible to ensure room? A quota of 0 means no quota yes?

CPanel. It was brandable in the demo, but not now. The only cpanel option I have in WHM is news. Is this right?

Also the support icon in WHM isn't appearing for me, but in the FAQ for WHM it says to use the knowledgebase for help by clicking on the support icon inside WHM.

Yes by setting a quota then that will be the limit. Say if you put a quota of 10 gigs then the user will only be able to use 10 gigs. Not sure what happens when they reach it as it hasn't happened to me yet
