/WHM or /CPANEL login issues

If you can't access your /cpanel or /whm, you should be able to log in using the port numbers, such as:

http://www.yourdomain.com:2082 for Cpanel

and

http://www.yourdomain.com:2086 for WHM

Actually I am not able to log in to cpanel that way either.
