WHM Bandwidth Usage Meter Not updating

Have emailed support over this issue.

Support emailed back and said problem was fixed.

NOPE, Not Fixed

Emailed support back and told them it was not fixed. Haven't heard from since.

This has happened a few times where I have emailed support and they email back and say problem fixed when in fact problem isn't fixed.

I hate to bring this to the forum, but since email support isn't solving my problem, maybe someone higher will get this resolved.

I am on eclipse server, I noticed Acura was having this problem as well. I hope eclipse isn't starting the way these other servers have been going.
