WHM on Baby Plan?

Hi there i am interested in taking advantage of the unlimited domains on the baby plan.
Just want to know does that come with whm? if not how are the extra domains created?

Hi Enrico!

On the baby plan you only get one account/one cpanel, WHM is not available on those plans. What you do instead is create, "Add-on" domains to your account. These domains act like normal websites but they only get there own email accounts, and there own FTP, not there own cpanel.

Is there a way to check the stats on the add-on sites?

Also, is it possible to upgrade from Swamp to a reseller plan? I don't want to be a reseller just want to host multiple sites.

Just wondering if I decide it is necessary to have WHM and control panels...if it will be possible to move sites to a re-seller plan after I've added some sites?

Hi. We have a reseller plan and do not resell hosting. We just use it to manage a few different sites, and the Aluminum plan works well for us. Note however, that if you go with a shared plan, and then want to upgrade to a reseller plan, your account (and any sites) will need to be moved to a different (reseller) server.

Think I'll follow your example...need to be able to track the sites one by one and not sure the add-on sites will do it...

Good choice. The reseller plans allow you to track everything separately (space, bandwidth, usage statistics, etc.) so it should do the trick.

Yep you can track addon sites seperate, they are listed under subdomains on the stats page but everything is the same and you get all the choices.
