Would be great if HostGator could offer white label live chat support to its resellers. Infrastructure is already there, a few simple adjustments are all that need to be done. Whenever a live chat session is initiated from the resellers domain, passed through a variable or simply the referring domain name would be taken as the 'primary domain'.
For the most part, any query a reseller gets - they just get redirected to HG anyway - so increase in load will really be minimal I think. Not only will you be providing a service to your resellers, but your resellers clients will be happier with the faster response times as well since its direct help and not a middle man
