Reading this forum it lookes like im not the only one experiencing problems. It would be nice to hear from the staff that usually posts here, since it looks like creating tickets its a waste of time. Whats going on, and how long before its fixed. Thanks.

You should submit a ticket or contact Live Chat to determine what might be happening. The staff does not monitor the forums as frequently and if the site is down it is much better to contact Live Chat so someone can look now. By the time the staff sees this post the site may well be back up.
If you provide a URL for a site that is down users here can check and see if it is down for us as well. There could be a problem with routing causing the problem. |

I find when I submit tickets I get an answer really quickly, and they're always really helpful. I've been a customer for a couple of years at least, service has always been great, far better than any other host i've used.
