I know HG come under a lot of fire for one reason or another but, I always believe theirs always 2 sides to a story and often you don't get both sides and even if you do, it's not always the whole truth.

I emailed HG and asked if they could do something that meant altering the firewall and they emailed back within 10 mins. saying it's been escalated.

I thought here we go, a never ending circle but, within 2 hours they emailed again saying it had been approved and done and upon checking sure enough it was

Now that's great support. Deserved credit to HG.
