Weird Issue - website takes forever to load, ultimately results in blank page

Weird issue: occasionally when I log into my Wordpress Admin, sometimes it becomes inaccessible when I click on any link within admin or even on my blog, resulting in an almost endless delay while it tries to bring up the site, until it finally gives up and results in a blank page. Yet if I fire up another browser or access the same page from another IP address, it works just fine. Does this sound familiar to anyone? My subdomains work fine and Cpanel works fine as well.

The only constant that I can find is that whenever this happens, I notice I'm getting a resources warning when I try Hostgator's internal server check.

My guess is something within my Wordpress setup is causing this lockup. There must be some log I could check on to see what's doing it so I can get rid of it, because right now I got no clue.

Is there any kind of cache setting in your Wordpress admin settings?
