My sites have been up and down all day on cobra.websitewelcome.com. Emails have been having issues since yesterday.

Me too. I've submitted numerous tickets. All I've heard is that they're very aware of the problem and are working on it currently.

Because I didn't get any replies back from the first or second ones... so I didn't know if they were getting through or not.

Yes, when they are very busy, it is very helpful if you submit a large number of unneeded tickets.

If you submit it by email and get the auto-response with the ticket number, they got it. If you file it on the website it definitely goes through.

Each time you drop a ticket befor HG's answer (with the same ticket ID) your shift yourself at the end of the queue. First In First Out = Last in, last handled.

Next time might want to try live support to check on ticket status rather than submiting multiple tickets
