I'm having the same problems on my site again as well. All images are broken on the homepage cannot access any other pages. All other pages have the unrecognizable coding on display. When typing in actual web addresses on site , they change to something else in the address bar.
No cpanel access. My site has been like this for many hours now. :-(. |

So has mine...and heard NOTHING from support!!!!! This is ruining my site as it is SMF based and the only way I can update it (My viewers also) is via a web page.. Getting real p***** off now!!!!! I don't hear of any other hosts having these problems...why not roll back the new installation of cpanel cos that's what is causing the problems!!!!! |

I've had several tickets in the Help Desk the past week or so regarding this issue. It is being caused by a cPanel upgrade that somehow affects IE users only. Try accessing your sites using FireFox or another browser.
Support states they are working on correcting the problem. See these threads regarding same issue: http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?t=10683 http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?t=10461 Last edited by SgtTech; 09-22-2006 at 10:42 AM. |

So my sites have been having problems off and on since this morning like everyone else's. However I don't seem to be getting the Iframe/Trojan thing as others are. At least if I am, I can't detect it. I've gone to web-sniffer.net and entered my urls and set the User agent to IE, but I never see the iframe in the html.
Is there another way to detect it? I'm worried that my computers are getting infected even though I can't detect it and my AV programs don't show anything. Thanks. |

HG,
Why are you deleting posts related to today's emergency? There was a lot of important information posted in those threads that could have helped many more folks and provided a timeline for anyone working to reverse engineer this nightmare. ![]() Both of the following threads were pulled: http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?t=10683 http://forums.hostgator.com/showthread.php?t=10461 |
