Website lagging

Hiya over the last couple of weeks ive noticed my site lagging im on a 3mb broadband and sometimes i have to wait 5mins before the page loads its nothing i have added to the site and normally it loads within seconds
is something wrong???

Are you pulling any of your information from another MySQL database or another server? Say pulling server info on a game server or something like that to put in your HTML table/PHPNuke setup?

yes i am actually i have another host with my downloads section on and there are a fww things on the main page that come from there so yes it could be that

btw why does it say under my name all those undefined? ive looked in my profile and i cannot find any place to define them

Hiya Justin, i asked a couple of questions in this forum awhile ago concerning the undefined fields under my nameand you referred me to another post and i read it and sent in the info that was requested but have had no reply and by the looks of it it has'nt been adjusted either the other question was about my domain names i wanted them switched over and you told me to send in an email to support i did as you requested but still have had no reply and nothing has been adjusted
can you help me please
