webmail problem with only one domain

I just moved this domain yesterday to hostgater from my old host. I set up 3 emails for this domain. I have had no trouble with any other email I've set up for other domains.

I can log into neomail but not into horde. I get an error message for all 3 emails when I try to log into the newer hostgater webmail system. I have set up the emails to forward until I can get outlook set up. But that isn't the issue since I've set up other to forward but can still access webmail.

Could this be a propagation issue? I thought I'd see if I might be doing something wrong before putting in a support ticket.

I just got impatient. I needed to wait. The webmail is working for this domain now.
