A few simple questions:

1) Does the webmail program you use delete mail from the server when it checks mail, or can it be used in conjunction with a POP mail client like Eudora? What I need is a webmail program that can check mail, delete certain selected emails (i.e. spam) and then let me download the rest using Eudora. Most work this way, but my current host installed a new script that doesn't allow this - once you check in the webmail, it is gone from the server. I get a lot of spam and junk mail, and need to be able to delete from the server what I don't want.

2) Do you allow access to raw logs? How often are they rotated? I need to be able to download log files, and I don't want to have to do it every couple of days - my current host rotates every day, and only keeps the last 7 days worth - the rest are deleted if you don't download them. Since I won't need 500 MB for my site, I'd like to be able to use some of that to store log files.

3) I don't expect 24/7 support, but realistically what are your hours for support? I live abroad and usualy work during early morning hours - between 1 am - 8 am Eastern Standard Time (I am 7 hours ahead of eastern). I don't need immediate response time, but do need to know that problems will be dealt with within 1-3 hours of being contacted. Is there usually someone on AIM during these hours?

It gives you the choice to delete it off server or not. Yes you can use eudora thats not a problem. You can block whoever you want and evne setup spam keywords to block people automatically. Yes you have access to raw logs. It rotates nightly. Aim support is off and on. Unfortunately its off in the 1-8 am range. Phone support is 24/7
