We give basic support for your clients using cPanel. We provide information on how to set up and use their services, as well as trouble shooting their services. $5 CDN for each e-mail resolution. $50CDN/month for 30 support tickets submitted or $4CDN per ticket. E-mail us for quote on phone support & live chat. Provide us with your sales information (packages etc) and we will discuss and share information with your customers. We provide superior support to your customers when you can't. All support tickets answered in 18hrs garunteed or money back. hi,
18 hrs response time (durring off peak hours) is for those who don't have a important client or Don't want to grow in business with good support and availiblity to their customers. During those 18 hours of wait i think most of the people here check their mails atleast 18 times. I would never go with a service with such gr8 response time. see ya, pk |

Well it's like this, most hosting company's have at least a 24 hour support wait time. It doesn't take us 18hrs to respond under regular circumstances. However we will have all support requests answered within 18 hours under any circumstance. Holidays, peak hours, during power outages, etc etc. We currently provide support to many other non hosting companies. Some resellers either don't have the knowlege and/or time to provide proper support to their clients. So why are you bashing us for providing some very cost effective solutions to other hosting companies? Average response time for all of our clients is less than 5min. Almost all tickets are resolved within 15min or less. Oh and did I mention that our Live Chat solution is great because we don't have to waste time responding back and fourth to clients? Did I mention that we have call back support anywhere in the world? If you have a working telephone, we can support you!
Oh and jmunzing, I'm sure you've never made a quick post and ever made a typo or two. Most of the resellers here don't even have 10 clients, so if your don't have a serious business don't waste your time here trying to look cool ok? |
