As a reseller my number 1 priority is Business Continuity.
I have been with Hostgator for many years now and my experience has been more than satisfactory. It's been great ! A few years back the systems were down and I was actually able to speak with a Hostgator person via telephone all the way from Australia. They answered the phone during Sydney day time and the issue was resolved. I actually spoke to someone during crazy hours in the US of A. Since then I have had many questions about setups and I have always received super prompt responses either via On-Line Chat or via email. They are probably not the cheapest if you shop around but you get more 'bang for your buck' than any where else. You get what you pay for as the old addage goes. If business continuity is your number 1 priority then for a $5 to $10 dollars saving per month why would you risk the great service you can receive from Hostgator. Greetings from Sydney. |
