I want to pay to my future account with an unverfied paypal account ?
I don't have a credit card nor a bank account . so I can only send people money and not purchase anything .
Is there anyway that would enable me to sign up to a hostgator account by first sending the amount of money needed for the account to an account that belong to hostgator... I am a huge fan and I really want to become a hostgator member .. Please help me

This is a peer support forum, and most posters are HG customers. You should write sales (at) hostgator.com and discuss it with them.
