I signed up yesterday for a reseller account. I asked live support how long it would take to process, they said 15 minutes. I'm still waiting. I have sent several messages to the sales department asking what the story was, I have yet to receive a reply. I'm leaving my current host because of a lack of support, please don't tell me I'm getting into the same thing here. They took the money from my PayPal account instantly, so I know the transaction went through. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

it should not take this long normally. Are you sure you don't have a spam filter blocking the HostGator mails? You could try to send a mail to support@hostgator.com and add a second reply address if possible. You can also try phone support (info). Please post a message here if this doesn't help. Stef. |
