Hi,
I am a new customer. I received an email regarding the need to verify my account. However I am unable to do so by Email because I do not have any access to a scanner in order to be able to scan and email hostgator. I tried calling the number. I called 8.03am central time, however I waited for 20mins and I still have 5 person in front of me. I am seriously frustrated with the service provided by Hostgator. I am living in Singapore which means my International Dialling Rates is gonna cost me a bomb and I still did not manage to sort out the problem. I would really appreciate if some one could contact me through email or atleast give me a direct extension so someone whom I can speak to! If I do not receive an answer by today I would cancel my account and get my refund |

Please provide a ticket ID that includes a number where we can reach you and we will be more than happy to call you.
