VPS transfer from Reseller Account

Exceptional, outstanding, well knowledge techs who even contacted me via phone to assist me with this transfer. Absolutely over the top service from every tech in my transfer ticket! This transfer could never have happened without their support every step of the way! Ticket Number MIJ-14938184 I set up the original transfer request on Thursday 3-17-11, I waited 3 days no response to the ticket, started getting very discouraged with no response to the ticket. Finally heard from Andrew T who apologized for the delay due to high volume request and not once did I receive anything less than outstanding support from that point. Seriously, I have been with other host, there would never have been the kind of detailed knowledge and support, as well as attentiveness to my post in that transfer ticket that I received from these Hostgator techs. Just top notch all the way! Again thank-you all so very much!!! I could never have been confident with this new VPS account without them!
