VPS Offline management PLESK

I have got level2 vps and i have my own virtuozzo plesk 10 licence. I successfully installed plesk 10.2 but because of offline management problem i can't manage plesk administration web-gui which is located on port 8443. I 've just edited /etc/sw-cp-server/applications.d/plesk.conf
for replacing port number from 8443 to 18443 for temporary solution. At the moment it works but i'm sure lots of errors will begin to appear. My Tickets still waiting for reply so anywhere there's no such problem!

Based on what I am seeing you have already filed a request for cancellation, but I will answer your question anyway. We do not offer plesk or cpanel on our unmanaged level 1 and 2 solutions because these system do not have the resources needed to operate plesk and cpanel effectively. If you want to run one of these systems you need at least a level 3 or higher system.
