Default Voipo Reseller Services

I was wondering. If we had a customer who signed up through the VOIPO reseller packages, how do we get the equipment for our customers?

What equipment is actually needed?

Resellers are free to purchase SIP equipment from anywhere they choose.

We officially support Linksys PAP2T, Linksys PAP, Linksys RT31P2, and Grandstream HT502 devices.

We offer pre-configured Grandstream HT502 devices for $40 + shipping and can either ship to the reseller or drop ship "white label" to end users.

Hello,

If I purchase the equipments, what will be shipment issue? I'm from Bangladesh. So there is a long distance from Bangladesh to USA. What is you shipment model let me know.

Unfortunately we can only the service in the US at this time due to legal/regulatory issues with providing service in other countries and customs issues with shipping.

We hope to expand it to other countries in the futures.

Is there any legal barrier that if our representative receive you from USA?
I think, after receiving, he can able to ship me. Would you please inform me exactly on which law its perform as a barrier. Then I can try to convince your country authority with my lawyers.

Basically if we provide service in other countries, we have to register as a telecommunications provider in that country, follow all of their laws and regulations for telecom companies, pay telecommunications taxes in that country, etc.

At this time, we're only providing service in the US.
