Nope. It's available to all HostGator customers at first.

They are not going to have reseller accounts until they have a stable user base. That what Tim was saying in the interview he had with TechBroadcasting.

Yeah, that's correct. HostGator and VOIPo are separate companies, so it won't be directly integrated. We'll offer some discounts to HostGator customers though. The owner of HostGator and I jointly own VOIPo and that is the connection.

In terms of reselling, we don't anticipate it being too long after the full launch, but we want to be sure that everything is working smoothly before you guys start offering it. We don't expect a lot of problems, but there will definitely be minor ones because our dev guys built everything from the ground up including building, control panel, etc. With that much stuff, there will always be minor overlooked issues. Better for us to have a few minor issues than you guys.

The control panel will probably be very interesting! I'm trying to be patient. I wonder how many times I have refreshed the VOIPo homepage. lol

Keep in mind this is only a limited public beta launch for the services in this thread...not the full residential service.

I need to add some fax numbers to the inventory. We were running low earlier and I see they are all gone.

nope. ill have to try again from another number. sometimes faxes from continental airlines dont go through to my home fax either

Update:

Everything is basically confirmed to be ready to go.

For now, our team is going to sleep for a while so that we can be around when the signups start coming in. The demand for this service is very high and we want everyone to be around to find any problems quickly.

We will be opening this up to public BETA as planned by the end of the day (Central Time/GMT -6).

Everyone here who wants to try the service will be able to get service (with the first month being free) by the end of the day so don't worry.

There's no need to speculate about it this time, we're launching the public BETA open to ALL of you today.

Just sit tight.
