I looked at your site and I want to say that it has a few issues.

After those, you may need to address a few more problems. First, when looking at your site, it isn't immediately clear what it is you offer. After reviewing your site carefully, it isn't clear how much this will cost. I've found that the "if you have to ask, you can't afford it" approach will drive away many potential customers.

Also, either by design or by chance, I have no idea if you have a bunch of these people or just one... some scope might help.

It also seems that you provide a wide range of services. Web maintenance, print services and temporary staffing? Odd mix.

One note, use an active voice, "Churches or Religious Organizations" that should be "Churches and Religious Organizations".

Finally "Someone will respond to you within 24 hours" doesn't make me feel like I'm much of a priority. If I call a traditional staffing firm, I can have someone out to my office the same day.

Please understand, I'm not trying to flame you or anything, this is just my honest opinion. There is a lot more, if you want a whole list, maybe you can contact me and I'll give you a price list.

On another note, your template is coming unglued with a 1024X768 resolution in FireFox. Each page appears at a different width, sometimes the content column stretches, and sometimes the column with the image stretches. This really distorts the picture, and is distracting when navigating your site.

You also have an image that is not loading on the index.html page, just under the woman's picture.

While advertising is all over the web, there is a time and place for it. The index of a business site is seldom the place....create a links page if you have to have the ad links. Also, relating to the article posted by Serra about the "F shaped" reading habits, as a user views your site, the ad content is in a key location that your business information should be in.

Also, IMO, you should put your business name in the header, with your slogan under it. As it is now, your business name appears more like a blog heading than your business name.
